Welcome to DripCheck. By downloading, installing, or using the DripCheck app or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Use of the service

DripCheck provides a virtual wardrobe and outfit planning service. You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not misuse, abuse, or attempt to compromise the security or availability of the service.

2. Account and subscription

You may need an account to use certain features. Subscription and in-app purchase terms are governed by the respective store (Google Play, App Store) and our subscription offerings. Refunds are handled according to the store's policies.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you add (e.g. photos). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload your content.

4. Intellectual property

DripCheck's name, logo, and the service itself are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service without permission.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on outfit suggestions or other app content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the service over time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for other reasons.
